Yes. Every model is printed under a valid commercial license from the original designer or studio. We work exclusively with licensed partners including DM Stash, Archvillain Games, Clay Cyanide, Dungeon Dog, and Mammoth Factory.
We ship from Canada. Orders over $75 USD ship at a flat rate of $5. For orders below $75 USD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing takes 10-15 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Damaged or defective items can be reported within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Items are printed to order and cannot be returned for change of mind.
Yes. Our team removes all supports before shipping, so your miniature arrives clean and ready to prime and paint.
