Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Warden Works. Because all of our miniatures are produced to order using professional 3D printing technology, each item is custom-manufactured at the time of purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom production nature of our products, all sales are final on printed miniatures. We do not accept returns or issue cash refunds for orders that have been correctly printed and fulfilled as described. We appreciate your understanding that each order is produced specifically for you.

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or does not match the item you ordered, we will make it right. Qualifying issues include:

  • Items damaged during shipping (e.g., broken parts, cracked prints)
  • Significant print defects that render the item unusable
  • Incorrect items sent (wrong model, wrong scale, wrong variant)

How to Report an Issue

All issues must be reported within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. To submit a claim, please contact us at orders@wardenworks.shop with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photo evidence of the damage or incorrect item (required)

Claims submitted without photo evidence or after the 7-day window cannot be processed.

Resolution — Store Credit

For qualifying issues, Warden Works will offer store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s). Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used on any future order. We do not issue cash refunds or credit card reversals except where required by applicable law.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns on correctly printed items due to a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the style of a miniature, or any reason other than those outlined above. We encourage customers to review product photos, descriptions, and scale information carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, please reach out — we are happy to help.
