What products does Warden Works sell?
Warden Works sells high-quality 3D-printed miniatures for tabletop gaming and collecting. Every model is printed in-house in Canada using professional-grade MSLA resin printers. You can browse our catalogue by designer or by creature type.
Are the miniatures pre-painted or unpainted?
Our miniatures are sold unpainted unless otherwise stated in the product listing. They arrive ready to prime and paint.
What scale are your miniatures?
Scale varies by product. Please check the individual product description for scale information before ordering. If you have questions about a specific model, feel free to reach out before purchasing.
Can I request a custom model or a specific scale?
We'd love to hear about your idea! Send us a message at orders@wardenworks.shop and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
PRINTING & PRODUCTION
How are your miniatures made?
Every model in the Warden Works store is printed to order in-house in Canada using professional-grade MSLA resin printers. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Are there any quality guarantees?
Yes. We stand behind every item we ship. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or does not match what you ordered, we will make it right. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Canada via Chit Chat Logistics, a reliable cross-border carrier with full tracking.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders require 5–7 business days for production, followed by transit time based on your location:
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Japan & South Korea: 7–14 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer flat-rate $5 USD shipping on qualifying orders:
- Canada & United States: Orders over $75 USD
- International (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea): Orders over $100 USD
Orders below these thresholds will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. If your country is not listed, please contact us at orders@wardenworks.shop and we'll do our best to help.
Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We do not apply any tariff surcharge on US orders.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order?
Because all miniatures are produced to order, all sales are final on correctly printed items. We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.
What if my miniature arrives damaged or broken?
Please contact us at orders@wardenworks.shop within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage. We'll issue store credit equal to the value of the affected item(s).
Do you offer cash refunds?
We issue store credit for qualifying issues (damaged or incorrect items). Cash refunds or credit card reversals are not offered except where required by applicable law.
