Shipping Policy

Warden Works ships all orders from Canada. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Production Time
All miniatures are printed to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This window is separate from transit time and begins once payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Rates
- Canada & United States: Free shipping  on orders over $75 USD. Orders under $75 USD have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
- International (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea): Shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Shipping Carrier
We ship via Chit Chat Logistics, a Canadian cross-border service with reliable tracking for domestic and international shipments.

US Tariff Surcharge
We do not apply any tariff surcharge on orders shipped to the United States.

Estimated Transit Times (after dispatch, in addition to the production window above)
- Canada: 5–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Japan & South Korea: 7–14 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our rates. Warden Works isn't responsible for customs delays. Check with your local customs authority before ordering if you have questions.
