Shipping Policy

Warden Works ships all orders from Canada. Please review the following information to understand production timelines, shipping options, and carrier details before placing your order.

Production Time

All miniatures are printed to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched. This production window is separate from transit time and begins once payment has been confirmed. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via Chit Chat Logistics, a Canadian cross-border shipping service. Chit Chat provides reliable tracking and competitive rates for both domestic Canadian shipments and international destinations.

Shipping Thresholds

We are pleased to offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

  • Canada & United States: Flat rate shipping of 5$USD on orders over $75USD
  • International (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea): Flat rate shipping of 5$USD on orders over $100 USD

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

US Tariff Surcharge

We do not apply any tariff surcharge on US customers. 

Estimated Transit Times

The following are estimated transit times after dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Canada: 5–7 business days
  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
  • Japan & South Korea: 7–14 business days

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates or the US tariff fee we absorb. Warden Works is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you have questions about applicable fees.
